Babies, Brides, Cruises (and a free printable)
2017 is going to be a jam-packed year for us and our extended families. We have a wedding and a birth happening the first week of May. Fortunately, the bride and mother-to-be are two different people, or that could get quite awkward. Then, in November, we are going on our very first Disney cruise. Our passports came last week. My daughter was very excited to get her first passport. We had a good laugh at our pictures.
Does anyone have any idea why you are not allowed to smile for your passport photo? Is it to save time and money if you commit a crime while traveling? The authorities can then just use your passport photo as your mug shot?
Almost all of our travel plans are made. The only thing left to do is get airlines tickets to Orlando for the cruise and make airport parking arrangements. The past two times that we have been to Disney World we parked at one of the Fly ‘n Park lots. It was very convenient and cheaper than airport parking.
Of course, all the packing remains to be done. Packing is not one of my favorite things. I always end up taking too many clothes and forgetting one or two essentials. Usually, there is a Wal-Mart on every corner so it isn’t too much of a problem. I am pretty sure this time there won’t be a Wal-Mart in the US Virgin Islands or on the Disney cruise ship. To keep what is left of my sanity, I created a checklist. I am including a pdf copy below. Feel free to download it. I left empty spaces for other items you may need.
That is it for now. Have a great day!
